That means whether you receive care as an inpatient at a Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown or Bethlehem or from one of our many Lehigh Valley Physician Group (LVPG) practices, you can look at your medical record with MyLVHN and know what was involved in your care across all of LVHN.

• Schedule an appointment
• Review your medical information
• Request prescription refills
• Pay or Review bills for medical services
• Send and Receive a non-urgent message from your health care provider

MyLVHN is an incredible resource for you. Have you wondered when your last tetanus shot was or what type of medication you are taking? MyLVHN has your answers:
• Review your immunization record

I've always felt this app was easier to use than St.Lukes or Geisinger to navigate through My Chart, but having just had abdominal surgery with a hospital stay, this app is a stress reliever. I was able to keep track of what time meds were due, view the as needed list, view the names of my care team, their shifts and goals for my care, track all results of blood draws and their trends, etc. Everything was covered. I'm very impressed with LVH-Pocono's Nursing staff, and quality of care. TY!

This app is a pleasure to use. I love using it because it gives me the ability to see test results so.etime before my doctors even get them. I get appointment reminders. I get all the aftercare notes. Everything is here in one place. I love the fact I can make appointments through the app. I can order medication refills through the app. I can even message a specific doctor through the app ending with a response. Love it.

At first, the app worked great, but as of late, it is only working partly. I can not elog in for my appointments, I can not fill out questionnaires for my appointments and do other things! I keep getting: "There was an error with the system server, please try again later." There is NO "contact us" button to let someone know that there is, and has been an issue with the app for a while!!
