At first, the app worked great, but as of late, it is only working partly. I can not elog in for my appointments, I can not fill out questionnaires for my appointments and do other things! I keep getting: "There was an error with the system server, please try again later." There is NO "contact us" button to let someone know that there is, and has been an issue with the app for a while!!

I can schedule appointments, request medication refills, ask questions when I think of them - even at 2 in the morning - and get a response usually the same day. I feel more comfortable with my care team. I feel more confident in my care using the mylvhn app.

You check in on this app and still have to fill out paperwork in office. Lack of communication among the network. I hate it! Would be nice also when calling to have an actual person detecting your call instead of press 1, 2,etc. It's impersonal and annoying. Not in layman's terms..
