Ratings and reviews

Doesn't work at all for me, even after last 2 updates, still the same issues. Will not log in no matter what. I'm using the correct user name and password that works just perfectly fine to log me in on the system using their my chart website. But try the app here and nope "we cannot log you in right now, please try again later" for the last 6 months solid since I became their patient. No one knows or can explain why it's happening. Cannot use the app, just their website to communicate. It sucks

I love the Cottage Health MyChart app. it's easy to use and gives you immediate feedback on your results, messaging, visits and updates. This is a great app, and I would recommend it.

can't log in and can't figure out who to call to help. the website works but the app does not.
