About this app
Bible srh is a discovery app for anyone who would like to know more about the contents of the Bible. Each time the application is launched, the user is invited to discover a new verse. The verses proposed are in both French and English, inviting the reader to discover the translation in their reading version.
The application currently offers the following four versions of the Bible:
* Louis Second 1910 version (fluent French)
* Darby version (sustained French)
* Basic English version (fluent English)
* King James version ( sustained English)
The application is divided into three main modules:
- Reading and discovering verses
In this module, you'll find Bible reading, as well as the ability to mark or comment on verses that have caught your attention by long-pressing a verse's text. You can switch from one version to another by double-clicking on the text of a verse. For each chapter read in this module, you have the option of displaying it in French and English in four different translation versions. Finally, this module will enable you to discover verses that may never have come to your attention. Feel free to look at how the same verses are presented in a different version.
- Marked verses and reading notes.
This module centralizes all the marks and comments you've made. You can also save and restore your notes. Each note retains a date of recording and modification. This module also allows you to record meditations not related to any verse.
- search :
This module is one of the most important, as it allows you to find references to words that might be found in the Bible, based on three search modes.
The three search modes are as follows:
* Simple mode: returns all verses containing a word like the one you're looking for.
* Word mode: returns an exact match, case-sensitive.
* Word group mode: returns all verses containing the sequence of words you're looking for, but without regard to word order or capitalization.
