I don't like the methods used to notify me when a held item comes in. I don't check emails or voice mails frequently . I would like to be notified via text.

Very difficult to find books and movies when using the search bar. Good for putting stuff on hold if you can find what you are looking for. Good suggestions and ideas.

The "events" tab could use a calendar or monthly view. Would exponentially increase assessibility
