I pruchased a whole list of Violin grade 6 pieces for my son. He frquently used 3 of them. Today, he tried to open another one but wasn't able to. I tried to restore the pieces but it says all your owned pieces are already on your device. So, what happened? There is no help desk or contact on the app at all!

Just download and paid for all the songs on that grade , but then i cannot listen the songs, only 10 mins time. And the help button is not helpful, coz you cannot find anything on the apps even an email or phone. After one hour, the apps resume normal.
