AfriX is a living archive of heritage and identity — built first for emerging market families, and made for every people whose history lives in memory rather than in official records.
Heritage is not a list of names. It is the proverbs, the praise-names, the migrations, the marriages and the stories that explain who a people is. AfriX is built to hold all of it, with respect for how families across cultures actually remember — many parents, partnerships, clans, lineages and ethnic groups, not a narrow nuclear template, in any language or script.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Build a family tree that reflects real kinship — multiple parents, partnerships, clan and ethnic-group ties, in any script or writing system.
• Record oral history in original voices. Capture an elder's account as audio, add photos and written stories, and keep the language exactly as it was spoken.
• Verify lineage with your community. Relatives and elders can confirm members, relationships and stories, so your record carries the weight of the people who know it.
• Preserve names faithfully — no forced first/last split, full multi-script support, diacritics and tones intact.
• Anchor your legacy on the Bantu blockchain. Mint a verified story as a Vault NFT so a tamper-proof record of it exists for generations — only a cryptographic fingerprint is stored on-chain, never your personal data.
• Hold and gift XBN. A built-in wallet lets you send, gift and receive XBN with kin.
FOR EVERY PEOPLE WHO REMEMBERS DIFFERENTLY
AfriX began with African heritage and carries it at its heart — and the same tools serve Indigenous nations, First peoples, and heritage and diaspora communities everywhere whose kinship, names and oral traditions were never meant to fit a Western form. If your history is held in voices, in lineage and in community memory, AfriX is for you.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your family's archive is closed by default. There is no public feed and no stranger messaging, and we do not sell your data. Content is visible only to the family members, elders and verifiers you invite. Additional protections apply automatically to records of minors.
WHY AFRIX
Irreplaceable family knowledge is carried by elders and lost when they pass. AfriX exists so that a grandchild, decades from now, can still hear the voice, read the proverb and trace the line — exactly as it was, verified by those who were there.
Build the tree. Record the voices. Verify the line. Anchor the legacy.
