SLIPTA Self-Assessment is an offline readiness tool for medical and public health laboratories preparing for a SLIPTA audit. Published by ASLM Academy, it is based on the WHO-AFRO / ASLM SLIPTA Checklist Version 3:2023, aligned to ISO 15189:2022.

Work through all 12 sections of the checklist, marking each requirement Yes, Partial, No, or Not Applicable. The app calculates your score using the official method — Not Applicable items are subtracted from the maximum and your percentage is computed against the adjusted denominator — and shows your projected star level in real time.

This is an internal self-assessment aid for laboratory quality improvement. It does not constitute or replace an official SLIPTA audit, which must be conducted by a trained and certified SLIPTA Auditor. Do not enter patient-identifiable information into the app.
