As a Baptist Memorial patient, you can use our Baptist OneCare mobile app to access your MyChart, a free online tool, for Baptist Memorial patients, that gives you access to your medical record anytime, anywhere.

Using MyChart you can:

• View your test results, diagnoses, medications, and immunizations.
• Schedule appointments and request prescription renewals.
• Send a message to your health care team.
• Organize all your medical information into one personal health record.
• View and pay your bill online.
• Upload health and fitness data, including data from Health Connect, when enrolled in self-tracking programs.

I find this app, formerly MyChart very helpful. From communicating with my Doctor after an office visit with messages, to include requesting medicine refills, making appointments and checking on lab results. The e-checkin feature is a plus also, whereas the paperwork is completed before you arrive. The app also show your future appointments. Love 💘 it.

I absolutely love this app. I can find everything I want to know about from test results, medicine refills with the push of a button, It helps remind you of yearly tests like mammogram for example, able to send medical question to doctors. Very convenient to have all your records in one place. I recommend this app to anyone to help keep you organized with your health care. God Bless

Scheduling is IMPOSSIBLE. The app has NO facilities in the Jackson area. Got appointment scheduling reminders from the app for two items: a follow-up mammogram with the Baptist Facility in Jackson (previously used); a bone density scan. Click on Schedule. The facilities listed are over 100 miles away (Oxford, Southaven, etc.)! I have to message my provider for phone numbers for the local (Jackson, Flowood, Brandon, Madison, etc.) providers and facilities. Then, CALL them to schedule.
