I can't even get my account set up. I've been going to this practice for 2 years and wanted to set up a MyBILH. I don't know my username and password so I wanted to sign up using my personal information. I used a code sent to me by text to verify and I get nothing but error messages saying they cannot verify using the information I provided. I typed in the code perfectly correct too. I'm really overdue for another physical and this is unacceptable!

Very handy to use, but when it's switched over, it lost all my medication list and what a pain it was to try and put that back in. Also, the messaging isn't as good for some reason with talking to your primary care Doctor.

using this app is NOT at all intuitive. I really have to hunt around to find anyplace I want to move to. If I make a mistake and need to return to the previous page, because there's no back button, I'm sunk. I'd recommend someone actually use it and attempt to do things to understand what a user sees and can select as they navigate and possibly need to change pages.
