This app is unreliable and frustrating. Features are frequently unavailable or glitchy, making it impossible to access my own account consistently. They canceled my debit card while I still had funds, then closed my account the week before tuition was due—on a bank holiday—so I couldn’t transfer my money. Now they’re holding my funds for 60+ days and say they might send a check. Completely unacceptable.

Pretty good. You get access to a lot of scholarships, customizable profile, scholarship application process is quite seamless. App does imo need to find a way to not lock you out so much (i.e. not require a login every single time you enter the app, even after you just closed it). Credit card/bank link function is also buggy on mobile, don't get those issues with the website on PC.

This app is good and I like the layout. I just wish there was more scholarships available because more than half of them are locked because I'm "not eligible" but it's just something trivial that I can't fix on my profile. The app also keeps locking me out. I'll be in the app for 5 minutes and it glitches and takes me back to my phone's home page. As of right now I can't even log in because it keeps saying "something went wrong" I don't know why it keeps doing this but someone please fix this.
