Mobile deposit is such a pain. Usually I have to retake the photo like 10 times because it automatically goes blurry right as it's taken. You also have to write "for mobile deposit only" on the back. So I do that and then it gives an error after processing for a whole minute and won't deposit, saying I didn't write that when I did. Just so frustrating! The old app worked so much better. Wastes so much time that I often have to take the time and gas to drive to the bank just to deposit checks.

Ever since this new app, I haven't been able to access my account from my phone. The app just loads with the screen saying, "Just a moment, while we prepare your experience" After a while it'll say an error has occurred and ask me to restart the app only for the samething to happen. I have deleted and reinstalled this app 5 or 6 times with no change. The old app was perfect, and I never had any issues with it. This new app has been nothing but problems. I'd give this app -5 stars if I could.

The app is simple, clear and works stable.
