Currently it always says on latest 5/26 version. Not enough contrast to do remote chk deposit. just term kw. Remember that it will allow you to select the deposit even if fields are missing like to acct, then it will delete your photos. They could fix this easily with proper testing. Same bugs for years, crashes frequently, try taking the picture of the back of the check before the front and you can see one they clearly care nothing about.

I loved this app for my banking before they changed to Addition Financial. Never had any issues depositing checks or making payments. Now I get an error every time I try to mobile deposit a check or make a payment on my credit card. Tells me to try again later (then still doesn't work) or call customer service, but no specific number is listed as a customer service number. Definitely not happy with this app anymore!

Needs improvement badly. Rejects my login and says to call customer service. Load time is so long I can call and get answers faster. Navigation is very poor. Credit card rewards program information isn't available on the app. Overall I would recommend avoiding using this unless absolutely necessary. 05/14/21 update App won't transfer funds between accounts. Customer service is no help and asks me to use desktop for the transfer instead. I'm closing my account and going to a real bank.
