Not usable on Android. Use the website instead. The app won't let me select a location on the map, so I can't submit requests. As soon as I pick a location, the address briefly appears, then disappears and the next button stays disabled. Even when the app used to work, my requests would be marked as complete without being completed.

This once worked. Now it won't allow me to enter my address for a service request, nor will it accept my map location. So I can't enter a service request, at all. I tried restarting, & checking that location permissions were on - no dice. Then I tried creating an account. *That* failed - it wouldn't accept my username/password. So, this is useless to me now.

What a buggy piece of garbage. This app used to work. Like, a month ago. Now you can't select, manually enter, or approximate an address in order to submit an issue/violation. Which means the app is effectively bricked. Thanks, City of Chicago, for finding a creative way to lower your "To-Do" list at taxpayer expense.
