Very smooth. I'm glad the app reminded me that WiFi will work best over 4G -- I don't always have it on so I turned it on before starting apppointment. There was a bit more pre-setup than a different app, but I like that follow-up summary notes from the doctor are provided in Messages. I don't necessarily get that with in person visits, so it is a nice bonus and great feature!

It's been a Godsend! The less time you have to spend in a hospital, the better! The video and sound quality are excellent! It work with a 4G connection seamlessly!

I was very very surprised that everything went so smooth, thank you Google for creating this app. Hope virtual kept me at home so I'm not exposed to covid-19 virus, I was able to see my nurse practitioner and my doctor everything went great. I highly highly recommend this app.
