Ratings and reviews

The top of the app gets hidden behind my phone's top status bar, and that is where the only back button in the app is located. If you use your system back button, it exits the app entirely. Clearly a shoddy iOS port. Also, when trying to correct a bad match it doesn't sort your search results in any meaningful way (sort by city maybe?), making a huge list to scroll through. And if there is no match at all, selecting that there's no match will leave the person with initial wrong match. In the end, this seems like a good way to introduce unwelcome drama into your personal life. Neat data, but I won't message anyone.

Great for sending initial texts but terrible for filling reports and sending replies. When I go to fill a report it works for about 2 seconds then starts to run slower than my old desktop PC on dial-up internet. It basically doesn't work at all.

App is getting stuck. Doesn't make it easy to send information to person if at all when they say yes to polling location or offer a link on that response.

What's new

This release contains big improvements to the Impactive volunteer experience! Volunteers will benefit from a clearer campaign onboarding flow, a streamlined actions feed, more flexible contact management, and a cleaner teams and leaderboards screen. This release also contains a redesigned messaging inbox with color-coded message indicators and filters for more efficient messaging.
