Stop with the waves ads!!! I paid for an ad-free version, yet half the time I open the app I am forced to suffer thru an ad for the "upgraded" waves version. I tried it, it sucks. Regular g-strings resolves to the note in a much less jumpy manner than waves does. Since I did pay for an ad-free version, where is the option to stop seeing the ads for your cute, but annoying waves version?
Awesome I have been playing a long time, & I am really snotty about how well my guitar is tuned. This app does better than any of the physical tuners on the market. Best three bucks I ever spent. Even on my 12 string...it is actually in tune now :)
DO NOT BUY!!!! Update has ads in paid version Purchased years back and I thought it was ok, but update is total BS. After update you're informed gStrings is no longer supported and you are repeatedly prompted to download Wave, a 7 day trial for a $3 app. I paid to remove all ads.
Great stuff! I'm happy. Does what it says! Another device my smartphone has rendered obsolete. Cheers! One teensy little niggle, though. The listing of notes at the top always seems to scroll wrong when I tap. It goes to A# when I thought I tapped A. But thanks!
Classic bait and switch Paid for premium, ad free version, only to have them abandon support, put ads back in, and constantly hound you to switch to "waves" every time you open the app. Don't support this type of behavior.
Third time payment lost!#!! No longer works without popups. Instructions for "Verifying " prior payment no help, even though my app is listed as Paid. Tried to email waves, FAIL. Very good app gone bad.
1. added workaround for devices affected by 16kHz sampling bugs (e.g. Samsung Galaxy Y),
2. updated native libraries,
