still a good app overall, but I do not like the new app! it was much more simple to use before and i prefer the old version over this new one!!! It doesn't even separate which books I have checked out and which ones my kid has checked out , it just lists them all together! this is a nightmare for a family like ours with heavy hook readers that check out 10+ books at a time. the settings also don't work. I clicked in simplified and it added more things! 😵‍💫 also dark mode doesn't fully work.

Was working fine until it didn't. I have been trying to log in all weekend and it just keeps churning, but won't open. I even checked and did an update. Same issue. Also, it would help to have access to SearchOhio to be able to request material. This app needs improvement, to be sure.

I loved using the app until a month ago when it stopped allowing me to switch between my children's accounts. Then it just stopped opening over the last week. Today I uninstalled and reinstalled and it just won't work anymore. I have now uninstalled it again and will only be using the website since it needs serious fixing. Maybe look into compatibility with the new Android updates.
