Update 9/8/22: STILL AWFUL!! Won't open at all now! New app is awful. Super slow and glitchy. Check deposit takes multiple tries before it works (times out). It won't let me download statements or if it does they are in a format that won't open. It no longer shows interest paid in the Visa portion so I don't have a full picture of my account. I'm forced to go to the website if I want to see account statements & Visa statements. The previous app was MUCH better. Please fix these problems.

This app is the only way I bank, the bottom line is the app is awful. They have made depositing check hard compared to the old app, you can't zoom in on the checks you just end up taking multiple pics and hope the final one works. If like me you use larger print it cuts part of the information off, online bill pay is impossible to use because of this and you can't delete payees or submit a bill because the option doesn't show. This app has been out for a while with no improvements.

It is a huge difference from the old app...but it doesn't work properly. I am unable to perform transactions properly between my accounts; my transaction history is buggy and doesn't display my transactions dates and amount properly; and I am unable to see any deposited money pop up in my account after transferring money from outside sources such as Cash App and Zelle. This whole app is just not good 😐
