Want to help keep the City of Lima beautiful? Now you can report non-emergency issues such potholes, graffiti, non-working streetlights, and other issues using your mobile device with the Connect Lima app. The Connect Lima app engages Lima residents and helps them have a voice in building a better community. Once an issue is reported, the City of Lima will acknowledge receipt and forward them to the appropriate City of Lima departments to take care of the requests. Citizens can also view and track the status of their report and receive notification once the issue has been closed.

- The request submission flow now prompts users to upload a photo before selecting a location or category, enabling AI-powered category suggestions based on images and search keywords, along with improved search functionality for a smarter and more intuitive experience.
