After filling the CBAC form, the app closes automatically. Please bring an update for changing the PIN. After rescreening, the app window directly opens on the dashboard. It would be better if it stayed on the same patient list. Please roll out all these updates as soon as possible so that everyone can work more easily.

app is crashed during the rescreening, or follow up even after update version this issue does not solved. there are no clear instruction for follow up patient to show in dashboard after the following up patient data does not increase and remain same. resolve the glitch and crashing app it take too much time to complete the screening or rescreening.

I work extensively on the National NCD app as a healthcare worker, and I have noticed several issues that need urgent attention.
