From Last few days NCD Mobile App is getting Automatically CLOSED when I Fill CBAC and click Submit button it CLOSES automatically saying internal error, recently 5th May I have updated the App from Google Play Store, When doing screening and clicking submit button it closes automatically saying internal error. Now on Google Play there is no update, with such issue I'm unable to work on NCD app. Plz fix this issues as early as possible.

After filling the CBAC form, the app closes automatically. Please bring an update for changing the PIN. After rescreening, the app window directly opens on the dashboard. It would be better if it stayed on the same patient list. Please roll out all these updates as soon as possible so that everyone can work more easily.

I am using this app from last 4-5 yrs but now this app making more trouble during filling cbac form and also during screening of individuals,it shows internet error but it happening every time I start to work.
