About this app

The NCD-GoI ANM application allows the health-workers to do population enumeration of the community level, perform risk assessments for the enrolled population and screen the individuals for the 5 Non Communicable Diseases – Hypertension, Diabetes, Oral, Breast and Cervical cancers. Based on the screening results, the individuals will be referred to higher facilities for further treatment and disease management. The application also allows the health-workers to follow-up with the individuals for treatment adherence and review self and sub-center’s performance against targets.

Very good app. The app needs to be updated for back scroll for the current page , once you have submitted one patient it takes you back to serial no 1 . Then you have to do "next" for multiple multiple and multiple times to start the the patient from the same serial no.

Application is slow, can't update death of any normal individual, can't delete duplicate entries. Please add death feature,and delete feature for any type of individual.

Even after an update, Its still crashing, not opening after entering pin even trying after alot. Time wasting app. It's not worth of 1 star review.
