Fantastic app that is easy to use and has an incredibly easy to navigate layout. One big frustration with this app is that there is no way to stream video from my phone to my TV like with other video app out there. I don't want to have to be staring at my phone at all times when watching Washington journal, for example. It would allow me and other viewers to freedom to navigate and watch segments much easier.

Unusable. I used to be able to just download this and listen to a live feed as audio only and now that has been inexplicably removed and replaced with an annoying menu asking me for my TV provider. I don't want to watch TV I just want to listen to the audio like I used to and that isn't available anymore for some reason. I don't even have TV through any of those options so what am I supposed to do? No way to bypass this menu, so no use downloading this app anymore.

the content is 👍 however it could be more user-friendly. it doesn't seem to be as intuitive as many other apps. it needs an upfront searchable library and history. I think if you interview the users and find out why they come here specifically the ergonomics could be much better. The channel itself is indispensable and every citizen should have free access to it.
