Excellent app. Love it. Would be nice to be able to include wake and sleep time, but overall I think this app is excellent and does pretty much exactly what I want it to do. Nice job.
Near perfect. Adding foods is useful, esp as can usually find the data online. Saved favourite food & exercise make for faster entry. Nice customisable summary screen. I sometimes just use the weight dairy, then back to diet tracking when I want to. Can be hard with many NZ foods not there (or named differently), but can usually find approximately the same. Ideas: personalising with saved recipes that can tweaked on entry? Or saving photos of meals, for later update (I'd often end up recording retrospectively). Or, as I'm vegetarian, expanding search to include / exclude (eg could exclude all with meat) for faster searching?
Great app. Very useful for monitoring and planning calorie intake. A UK barcode scanner / food data to accompany it would make life even easier.
❌Needs more nutrition🍙 facts info (i.e. Biotin [Vitamin B7], Manganese, Selenium..) ❌Needs add picture📷 function for meals, the foods in database, or even for fitness progress ❌ Needs make favorite⭐ or frequently used foods on top results... Overall the app is promising and can become the Health & Nutrition tracking app beast. It's still not that intuitive. Hopefully updates address what's needed to make this a must have.
