To use the DUFCU Mobile app, you must be enrolled as a Duke University FCU digital banking user. If you currently use our internet banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same internet banking credentials.

Ratings and reviews

I like the new 'pages' but getting into it is confusing. Eventhough I went to Google Play and installed the app, it opens easy enough but it goes back to Install/Uninstall page and I have to click OPEN before I can use it instead of it opening into the site.

This app is so much less helpful at keeping track of my current balance. The old one would always give me a balance that reflected pending charges, and with this updated one I have overdrafted 5 times as much it feels like.

Missing features - could use option to let bank know one will be using the ATM card in a foreign country so you don't have to go to the bank. I thought 'edit cards' did this, but that just moves items on the screen around
