The Notification options in the app never work right.. I have the latest Android, and it's been like this through the last two phones. I even had an employee at Eagle C/U do it for me and can't figure out the basics.. I just want an alert when a transaction happens.. Hope the update, they said was gonna roll out yesterday, has good fixes

Thank you for your review. The notification system alerts you to activity and you are prompted to login for details. You need to opt-in to receive text alerts from the settings button, then select the notifications you want under the service buttons. If you need additional assistance send us a secure message from the app and we will contact you.

It's the only app I have that just don't work, poorly designed, it crashes, I have to reset it every single time in order to make it work. So frustrating. *I am updating this as 01/21/21. The app works properly now.

We're sorry. We discovered a timeout issue affecting some and making it appear accounts were unavailable. Remember to use the logoff button in the menu or hard close after each use to avoid this issue. Our latest release should provide better navigation to restart the app for future timeouts. I had trouble accessing my account after the upgrade so I called the bank and was instructed to delete the memory cache before deleting the app. I have had no issues after the reinstall.
