Poor decisions hinder functionality, the find location does not always work often times being blocks off. Also it doesn't require a login on Android to create a request so anyone could go in and create a work order for every house in the city wasting time and potentially a lot of money. Also there's no transparency on what data it is collecting?

I always get messages saying my phone is infected with viruses when using the app so i stopped using it.

Gives false information and poorly organized.
