The new M Health Fairview app is designed to give our patients the tools they need to take control of their healthcare however, whenever and wherever they choose.

Simple, direct, and personalized features of the M Health Fairview app will give you the power to:

To access your health record information, you must have an
M Health Fairview account. If you already have an M Health Fairview MyChart account, you’re good to go.

Please note: You can use your existing M Health Fairview MyChart username and password for this app. If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one in the app with the “Sign Up Now” link using an activation code from your provider, or by providing and confirming some personal information. You don’t need an account to utilize the “Find Care” features.

This app includes support for the Google Fit app, allowing it to integrate with your medical record. This feature also provides the option for built-in sharing of data—such as blood pressure, blood glucose, and weight—from other health and fitness apps to keep your provider up to date.

Ratings and reviews

It works for basic tasks, but it is limited. I requested supplies through the app, and when they didn't show up on time, the app said I couldn't follow up on my request because I had waited too long (about a week). I had to start a new request. The app only let's you speak with providers you are associated with. I can't find a way to submit general enquiries.

This app is much too complicated. I want a simple inbox where test results can have a link to trends. Just now I tried to delete every message older than a certain date. Most remain for reasons I don't understand. Stop adding new features also. Billing should have a separate inbox from patient care communications. Also, because I don't know email addresses, replying would be helpful, but if a message is too old, I can't. I don't even know how to recommend improvement.

Used to be a decent app, but just recently they had an update to the terms and conditions, which requires you to press an "Accept" button. However, the screen just freezes and you can't actually press that button, so the app is now useless. You literally can't do anything with the app until you press the button (you can't even get in to ask for technical help).
