Fersonal builds you a personal workout program based on your body, your goals, and the equipment you actually own. Then it adapts every session based on what happened in the last one.
Most workout apps give you a plan that never changes. Fersonal checks in before each session, asks how you're doing, and adjusts the workout to match. Tired? Sore? Time-crunched? Missing a piece of equipment? It rebuilds the session around it.
