they are great they are always there when you need them within operating hours. I haven't had them help me significantly during a trip. but during intense trips even briefly talking it made me feel safe to go on my own. They are highly reputable and mentioned many times by publishers. take advantage of you can. even though directly I haven't had a ton of help. but knowing they are there caring and loving as a safety net makes my trips safer and I appreciate it greatly. 4 ⭐bc they r not open 247

fireside sucks. their operators arent trained. they used to be good, but for people with serious trauma... its trash. definitely go there if youre having a very light experience, I guess.

I hope this is the beta version! Some important things are not included. I will not elaborate here on that. It is really buggy and resources are lacking.
