FUTO Voice Input is an application that adds voice input capabilities to your phone. It integrates with apps and keyboards that support the standard Android voice input APIs (ACTION_RECOGNIZE_SPEECH and Voice IME). All processing is done completely offline on your device, and your recordings are NEVER saved or sent anywhere. The app accesses the Internet only when you choose to download optional models. FUTO Voice Input respects your privacy.

I really do enjoy the voice detection enough so that I'm writing this review using it itself. There's one weird issue I have for some reason specifically with Slack. I'm not sure if it's something you can look into, but for whatever reason on that app, it's very temperamental. Sometimes it will paste the text in. Sometimes it won't hopefully something you guys can work out long run. Thanks again for the great app and I will be buying this!

I composed this review with the Futo Voice Input System. I've been pleasantly surprised by it. I initially came to it seeking local voice input processing, but have been happy to find much better understanding, rather than every third to fifth word being whacked out nonsense. I've even found it adaptable to improper English language and grammar and able to adapt to vocal tics, mannerisms and creatively formed words.There have been minor bugs, but nothing that has caused me to want to stop using.

Futo is easily the best voice input that I've used (I paid the $10). It gets my intention right the vast majority of the time, so I don't have to go back and correct. I love the fact that it adds the punctuation as well. Probably the only downside is trying to work with open keyboards to make it work. I like the swipe function & it's been hard to find an open keyboard that works well with FUTO & has the swipe function.

What's new

This version fixes a bug reported by one of our users, where processing would go on forever if the recording length exceeded 27 seconds but was shorter than 30 seconds.
