Not getting notifications when my card is used. I have called about this no less than 5 times. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled multiple times. All of my notifications settings are turned on. This is an important feature for me and I really need someone to figure it out. It was working great and seems to have started when the 2 apps were combined. there used to be one for GTE Mobile and one for GTE Cards. but now you sign in only thru the Mobile app.

2024 Mobile deposit hasn't worked correctly for years. Isn't capable of reading the back of the check. Always says endorsement is missing while it clearly isn't. Mobile deposit has been a thing for more than a decade. There is no excuse for it. 2025 1 year later, there is still no change. mobile deposit still fails to recognize endorsement. Doesn't matter what size, pen color, or line is used on the back of the check. After 10-15 attempts, it will finally take it. 3 different phones since then

not sure how this app has so many good reviews. this app has nothing but problems and I haven't had one month where I can do something without an issue. they had a perfect app a few years ago that worked flawless and I never had a single error with it. this one, there's too many to list but some include, money transfer, login attempts, deposits and so much more. if you're going to force people to get a new app make sure it works. it's like they have a bunch of water heads working in the IT dept
