I purchased this book and it's really a short and to the point story. The biggest problem is if you choose the wrong choice you die and it's easy to die in this game. Also the fight mini-game is confusing and another way to die in game. To beat the game is not too difficult but there are riddles in this game too, where you have to know the right answer to get a good outcome. I'm not a huge fan of puzzle games personally. The story and plot are ok but the game itself is frustrating.

There have been worse things written, certainly. But here's my problem. The same price is charged for epic, beautiful COG's like Zombie Exodus, Choice of the Deathless, Sabres of Infinity and Tin Star; and the ones that are absolutely not on par with these. Look at Sword of the Elements. It is utter garbage. I wrote more legitimately in grade school. Perhaps a bit more stringent quality control is in order?

EDIT: Story definitely bores with its cliches and see through plot. Characters are in and out in an unrecognizable blur. If you want a good choice game centered on gangs, look at Life of Mobster. Sorry. At least the. 99$ price won't hurt your wallet much.
