Seemed more like a prologue than an actual story Basic summory: You can do pagan magic. Do you let someone kill George Washington? The end.
Too linear The reader has no choice. It's either go with what the story wants or end it prematurely. And the 'chapters' do not connect to each other, feels like part of the story was skipped.
Not bad, but... I thought this was an interesting idea. As a Pagan, its good to see a story showing us positively and fairly realistically. However, Washington and many other founding fathers were NOT Catholic. They were Freemasons. And the idea they would work with the Church and/or persecute Pagans just isn't very likely. Obviously you have creative freedom, but whenever I read a work of historical fiction, I feel as though some things need to stay true. Its biggest downfall was the short length.
Lacking. It was lacking in more than a few areas, i felt a few things were left unexplained, it was over to soon. Though i did enjoy the basis for it, though i would have preferred it to be more in depth. If it had cost money, i would have been extremely disappointed, thankfully its free, so for any curious readers who are reading this, i say download it and read it for yourself, its a decent way to pass some time say on the bus or on the sub way, or even if your just bored.
Too short and incomplete Very glad this one was a free download. Way to short and the story jumps without explanations. Poor character development as well. If this is truly the first of a series I sincerely hope there is vast improvements in the coming installments.
Not the best I play a lot of these games and this one is fairly disappointing it doesn't give you enough decisions it feels as though big parts are missing, for example one moment you're outside Washington's camp then you are in his tent with Miranda saying,"that was a bit dramatic". WHAT WAS DRAMATIC!! It didn't even describe moving to the tent, only reason i gave 2 star is because it was a good idea but very poorly executed
