About this game

Mad scientist vampires, supernatural carnivals! Can there be anything else?

Well….

As you settle into your new life working with Unit Bravo—and growing ever closer to one member in particular—life goes on. But so does the supernatural world.

A string of kidnappings takes over Wayhaven and, once more, you’re called in as it quickly becomes apparent there’s more going on than what’s on the surface.

Even worse when the kidnapper’s focus turns on you…and you’re the only one with the power to deal with them! It’s time for bids to be placed. But when the gavel drops…better make sure it’s not you who’s the next lot.

Your decisions will shape who is friend or foe, who will share in your secrets, and just how your romance with a certain vampire will grow in this latest story from The Wayhaven Chronicles!

"Wayhaven Chronicles: Book Three" is a 1,200,000-word interactive novel—without graphics or sound effects—where your choices control the story.

Book 1 still remains the best of the 3. Quality unfortunately is steadily going down as more books come out. Feels like way more attention is given to certain ROs while others are left in the dust. The plot is very boring and predictable and takes a backseat to introducing an overwhelming number of side characters we never see again. MC is as helpless as ever even if you take combat as a specialization. The climax came out of nowhere and ended so abruptly I thought my game was bugged.

The third book seems to fall short of the other two. This game had so much potential but fell short of the goal. It feels like the author was trying to get the words out, and had very little heart in most routes. A lot of choices as well, which isn't an issue with these types of games, but many of the choices feel hollow. Playing Felix's route felt lack luster. Less important than the other routes. The real star of this game though, had to be Mason's. They had the most character development.

Conflicted on this one. Loved the last two games, even if there were some odd decisions made in the plotlines (they're worse here). The relationship and dialogue writing is good, as always. The plot railroading was rather unfortunate. The investigation that is featured in each of the 3 games never exceeded the scope of the first game, and that was limited in and of itself. Main gripe is that at the end of the game, the player is forced to make choices with one outcome and have forced beliefs.
