Our team dispatch your prescriptions on the same day as we receive them from your GP*, meaning your prescriptions are with you quickly, safely and discreetly.

Use the Chemist4U app to connect to your GP and you’ll be able to book GP appointments, view your NHS health record, read your test results, and browse the wide range of pharmacy products in our store.

The app is easy to set up, simply register and connect to your GP with your NHS login - a safe and secure way to verify your identity.

Ordering prescriptions is simple! Once you have connected to your GP, your repeat prescriptions will appear instantly in your app, allowing you to view and order at the press of a button.

We will keep you updated along the way with notifications, starting as soon as we receive your prescription from your GP. You will also receive a notification once we have dispatched your parcel, along with tracking details you can use to track your delivery to your door.

We use Royal Mail tracked services for all our NHS prescriptions to ensure your medication is delivered safely. Where possible, we use letterbox friendly packaging that helps to reduce our carbon footprint and makes receiving your prescriptions easier.

Awful service, took 10 days to get my prescription, and delivered by royal mail, can't seem to get rid of this, when I've tried to cancel it they seem to be having problems, my doctor can't get rid of them either, wish I'd never tried this app. I would suggest that any positive reviews have been put on here by themselves.

A disaster every time I use it. I would expect my log in to be correct every other time at least? but wrong every time no way .I am not a total dumbo !

Very difficult to use. Pensioners are not used to being FORCED to use this kind of high.tech systems. Mot at all.user friendly.
