The Chemist4U app lets you order, track and get reminded about your NHS repeat prescriptions. You’ll also be able to view your health records and much more!

QUICK AND EASY TO SET UP
Simply log in or create an account with us to get started. Our app is integrated with NHS login, so you can securely access your health records and test results and book. You can also request your NHS repeat prescription, track the status of your order and get a reminder to order next time.

TREATMENTS DELIVERED FREE IN PLAIN PACKAGING
We’ll dispatch your prescriptions on the same day as we receive them from your GP*. We’ll deliver your prescription for free via Royal Mail, including fridge items. If you’re not going to be in, you can select a safe place. All items are delivered in plain, discreet packaging.

NO HIDDEN COSTS
Our service is free to use and is at no extra cost to the NHS. If you currently pay for your prescription, you will pay the standard NHS charge. If your prescription is free, just add your exemption details into the app.

If something goes wrong, our customer service team and pharmacists are on hand to help. Our help centre is also packed full of useful information. If you can’t find the answer you need there, or you need medical advice, simply submit your query to us via the help centre or chatbot.

WHO CAN USE THE CHEMIST4U APP?

You must be:
• Registered with a GP in England
• Have medication that’s on a repeat prescription
• Have a delivery address in the UK

HOW DO I GET STARTED?
1. Download the Chemist4U app, log in or create a Chemist4U account and set up your NHS login.
2. Your repeat prescriptions will appear instantly, allowing you to view and order at the press of a button.
3. Once requested via our app, your GP will check your order and we'll let you know when it's approved.
4. You’ll be kept updated along the way, starting as soon as we receive your prescription from your GP. We’ll let you know once we have dispatched your parcel, along with tracking details to track delivery to your door.

*85% of all prescriptions received by 3pm are dispatched on the same day.

Ratings and reviews

This online pharmacy App doesn't allow me to request other medications that my GP may not have set up as repeat but I do use them ad-hocly. Other online pharmacies do allow that, it'd be up to GP to approve the request. I think Chemist4U should make that available. Also, the app doesn't store my certificate, which means every time I'm ordering meds I have to key it. I'm changing online pharmacists.

Never using this service again. I ordered my prescription to be delivered to a different address, but it was subsequently sent to my home address, leaving me without my medications for more than a week. Why no check was done for the new address I have no idea, what is the point of asking for a delivery address if it would ignore it? I was told to ring Royal Mail as they would redeliver- but they would only redeliver within the same postcode. Also other deliveries have gone missing.

It doesn't let me log into my account. On reset password, it says an unexpected error occurred. At this stage from my point of view it is useless.
