I want to like this app, but it makes ordering prescriptions a frustrating experience. it keeps signing me out, no biometric sign in, and it won't let me autofill the username and password, meaning I need to use less secure, more memorable passwords.

So far terrible! with them a couple of months? can (NEVER) get into the app! constantly told Ive put in wrong password, I have it saved and screenshot! made numerous calls.. waste of time, going to change to one that's more reliable very disappointed...

Ordered three times... and still no medication for mum who is Paralysed after a stroke and left with no pain relief blood thinking agents which pits her at greater risk plus other medication for her condition. it's hard enough for me to navigate make accounts then log ins passkey etc, mum would never be able to access all these actions.. in the mean time there is no way of checking an order placed ?
