Once you sign up for the service, you are automatically renewed forever. They do not send reminders of the upcoming renewal or payment, they simply charge your credit card on file. The process to cancel the membership is very difficult, and they extend each billing period for 3 months. Be aware of their deceptive practices before you sign up. I can't wait to see a class lawsuit against this company

Very dissapointing app. They are extremely tricky trying to charge you for everything. They renew your membership automatically without previous notification and their app is made so you cannot change those Settings at the moment you want. Their Support area is poor and doesn't offer any kind of solution. Events and engagement are not what I expected.

As a consul of internations Denver, i use the application very frequently. with reference to fhe event participant list, it's not possible for an attendee to cancel his participation in an easy manner unless he/she goes to the website. Also, i recently noticed that upfront to cancellation of one or more participants, no one on the waiting list is moving up automatically as previously happened. thanks
