App installed fine, however, now it's frozen and does nothing. I'll try an uninstall and reinstall. Update: the reinstall did not work. I was asked to send an email, which I did, however no one responded and the app still does not work. Update 2: installed the newest version, worked once then froze. Don't plan on calling due to the terrible wait times. It works on a PC so I can use that. Hopefully you get it working someday.

Mostly positive, the app allows you to see your transactions and lock your debt and credit cards. If you don't like the order of boxes you can easily change them. I prefer transactions at the top. I wish they would add more functionality to the card management box. If I report a card lost, having an option to order a replacement would be an improvement. I would also like the option to set or rest your pin. Over all, it's a good app but it can use some more features to make it great.

This app sucks !!! It has locked me out of my account and I can't get in. Not even using finger print ID. You need to fix this !!!. I have had severe problems every since you changed names and upgraded the new app . This has been an on going issue and I'm tired of Welby . The branch is rude that I deal with . So I think it's time to switch banks. This is ridiculous. Having so much problems with this credit union is ridiculous. When call you never get anybody on the phone . Recordings only
