phone's file system not accessible maybe because of CM and firewall, but there's no info at all and a firewall isn't that rare anymore even on a phone. so, it's only half useful.
The idea is good, however, it's very unreliable. Most of the time dolphin doesn't even display the entry for the phone, and if it does, it usually hangs up accessing the device. The app on the phone often seems to be killed (while other services continue to run in background, so it's not like I'm out of RAM), often even withing 30 seconds (verify connection, copy clipboard, clipboard is empty on the phone). Notifications mostly don't arrive on the PC either.
Amazing I'm using it over six months now, never failed me. Concept of this app is really cool. It perfectly goes with my Manjaro KDE. People having issues most probably because of outdated KDE version.

I upgraded my Plasmoid on Kubuntu 14.04 to 7.1 and I had to also allow the program through my firewall and configure my router port forwarding in order for the phone to see the connection the ports are 1714 through 1764 it is now working correcttly file share works both ways the touchpad controls my desktop the only thing I can't get working is sharing url from my desktop to phone there i
Kde Connect Could be my low quality WiFi but sometimes doesn't work, otherwise thanks to the developer(s) for a very useful program, have impressed quite a few sad Windows people with this.
Looks and works great! Looking forward to just two new features: - SMS compose/reply - Bluetooth support
