It takes a lot to build mobile apps and if you're in any type of SaaS you know of the effort that goes into maintenance and improvements. They try with this app and it's quickly becoming my go to personal journal and health tracker app. I can't believe what we are missing from the native health apps as normal users. This is groundbreaking stuff.

Privacy Issues = Uninstalled // First screen personifies arrogance. 1️⃣ DEMANDS sign-in, 2️⃣ with Gmail as ONLY option, and 3️⃣ absolutely NO way to try even one feature. From a dev with a mere 100 downloads, who's been in this store for all of a hot minute. Ain't that much "free" in the world. NonProfit status does not constitute a blank check for trust. Read: Child, bye!

Your honesty is incredibly appreciated. Thank you for trying our app. We use Single Sign-On to limit the multitude of accounts that everyone already has. Instead of recreating that functionality, we use provider logins. We expand on our website why being a nonprofit built software foundation matters. Thank you again for the honesty and your time.

My son and I have been using Best Life Health Diary to manage my mom's care while she's in hospice in addition to our own lives. We're also starting with a caregiver that will share access to make sure that we don't make any mistakes. For me, I'm able to better understand when I experience pain, congestion, etc. and determine if it's my environment or whether it's increasing over time.
