Ratings and reviews

Locals is reasonably good for finding small activities in select geographic areas - for example London, which is where I live. It's still very much a developing concept, not least because it's only available as an app with no online (desktop) service. This means that it's challenging to use as an event organiser. For now, Eventbrite is the 800lb gorilla in creating and managing local events, and considerably easier to use (and more powerful) than Locals.

I love the idea but the UI is absolute trash. When I try to search for an activity by name, sometimes it doesn'tshow up. The only way to find it is by looking at other users accounts to see what activities they're involved in. It seems there is also a limit to the number of connection requests you can make in a day with the free version but they don't explain this anywhere. Why would you not have a section to explain the limitations of a free account??? UI needs serious work among other things.

It is good to create the event that allows to group people nearby for gathering. However, the app itself has issues, like not responding well each time when I click something. I had to wait 5 mins and still loading to the message page. I click to upload the photos and I have to restart the app to do that. Seriously, please fix the buds!
