Unable to login when you change a phone or number. Thanks for making it impossible to actually be able to maintain an account. This app sucks. I'm almost ready to find another bank just because this one makes it ridiculously difficult to access your information or funds whenever you're traveling.

Been receiving this message upon sign in for weeks "cannot establish secure connection......" and then the app refuses to update or show me any information. Doesn't instill faith when my banking app can't establish a secure connection, makes me paranoid, especially when I can't see my banking details.

This update is horrible.. I have many accounts for different reasons. I'm not able to access many of them due to mac listing my accounts with my husband's name as main account holder. Alaska law is a 50/50 state. Any accounts that we, have chosen to not share. Are separately set up and I'm not allowed into my own account. Or my guardianship account. In addition the colors selected are difficult to see given my viewing ability. It all blends together and blurs. It may be time to go elsewhere.
