MAC FCU has been stealing money from my account "920.00 to be exact" with random fees and charges not authorized by me. When I called about the transactions, I was told it was a "computer issue" and there was nothing they could do to return my money they stole from my account. Received a message from Rebecca Holloway regarding a "Stop Request Form" and was informed that I would also be charged a "service fee" in order for the issue to be resolved.

Been receiving this message upon sign in for weeks "cannot establish secure connection......" and then the app refuses to update or show me any information. Doesn't instill faith when my banking app can't establish a secure connection, makes me paranoid, especially when I can't see my banking details.

Unable to login when you change a phone or number. Thanks for making it impossible to actually be able to maintain an account. This app sucks. I'm almost ready to find another bank just because this one makes it ridiculously difficult to access your information or funds whenever you're traveling.
