The service on this platform is extremely disappointing. I added three accounts, but they have been stuck in 'verification' for over two years. The most shocking part is that when you ask for help, their representatives call you and ask for 'tips' (bribes) to resolve the issue. It is completely unacceptable to demand money under the guise of providing support. If you want to save your time and effort, stay away from this platform.

I tried using this app to donate. and I am having a pathetic experience. When I go to the donate section, it says there are no results, adjust your filters. Whatever I select there seem to be no results, which cannot be correct. Then I went to the website in my phone, chose one cause and while trying to donate, it opened the app. From there I am not able to donate. it says bad request. 🙁 For now I'll use my laptop and browser. The app is not working out for me at all.

The worst. They take forever to accept your bank account for a withdraw. Their live chat rarely works. They don't reply to emails. The agents or whatever that call you end up not answering their calls when you need to call them. Trash customer support. Unreliable. They take days and days to receive any sort of half response from them. I definitly do not recommend this platform for anyone who seriously requires donations. Milaap has been the worst experience when it comes to their service.
