Ratings and reviews

The worst. They take forever to accept your bank account for a withdraw. Their live chat rarely works. They don't reply to emails. The agents or whatever that call you end up not answering their calls when you need to call them. Trash customer support. Unreliable. They take days and days to receive any sort of half response from them. I definitly do not recommend this platform for anyone who seriously requires donations. Milaap has been the worst experience when it comes to their service.

I have updated SWIFT Code for international transfers. $95 is now stuck with Milaap and the code is not being reflected on the bank account as well. The WhatsApp support is non-respective except for a 'how can we help you' intro.

It is not good app ,they took you money and you are unable to withdraw money to your bank account. They are making money with using of us will ask you documents for verification,after three days they rejected. And finally you are not able to take your money. They will definitely say you ,share some fund from your personal bank account for running the compeign and please don't share your personal money to milaap application,it will definitely stuck you can't take out money .
