Paid for subscription- go to log in- some error occured, and the app crashes. I am not able to access the content I have paid for. Have emailed the magazine and no response yet. Please fix your stuff so that it works. I would like free extended time while this does not work or my money back as explained in my email. It is unethical to have people pay for a digital subscription when they can't access the content.

The ios and android apps dont recognize my membership, so i could not access anything beyond the 5 free articles. When i contacted support, they said it was an issue they were working on. After more than a month and it still not being fixed, i asked for a refund. It took a lot of requests to get a refund, and even then it was partial. Their customer service folks dont seem to understand even basic requests, even when written clearly. I want to support this org, but they make it really hard.

Beware! Stay away! Do not provide credit card information! highly questionable activities. Same as so many others have posted, after you pay, you still can not get access to the service. the "cancel subscription" option one the app and website are disabled. 6 months of calling their office to cancel - no luck. Today the company illegally charged my credit card, no idea what they're up to. i had to call my credit card company to get a new card issued. You've been warned by many here.
