About this app

With the Makeable Sports App you always have your personal trainer in your pocket to train flexibly and feasibly from anywhere. You can either take part in live HIIT workouts from the Makeable Sports Coaches, or you can put together your own individual workouts. For this purpose, over 200 different exercises for all muscle groups are available in the app. But you also have the option of playing back pre-configured workouts for all fitness levels on demand. If you want to build muscles and increase your strength endurance, or just enjoy sports, you've come to the right place!

• Live Workouts - 30-minute full body hit workouts via live stream for beginners and intermediates, without equipment
• Exercises - over 200 exercise videos for all muscle groups with and without equipment
• Your workout - create your own and individual workouts (e.g. Tabata)
• Demand workouts - Easy playback of fully configured full body hit workouts according to difficulty level easy, medium and difficult
• Coach Workout - After a personal consultation, let us create an individual training plan for the app
• Company workouts - The company workouts are activated exclusively for company employees. All workouts performed live are true to the original and permanently available on demand.
• Workout programs - Choose one of the structured programs and create a training plan that is tailored to you
