I really wish this app would work better, I can't use the Y as much as I would like because the class reservation system simply fails about 90% of the time. I know you're working on a fix but until then I'm out. I love the Y but, as a veteran IT guy, IMO forcing us from an older working app to a not-ready-for-prime-time app was an unbelievably short sighted decision.

reservation system is glitchy at best. I have to install and reinstall this app constantly. it just doesn't work. it doesn't have the functionality of the previous app. it doesn't have the point system like the previous app. it's useless. you will still need to go to the website to do anything.

this app kicks me off frequently. any time I RSVP for a class, it logs me off and I am unable to reserve a class. the app is a great idea but it seems to glitch and malfunction frequently. I wish it was not so extremely difficult to RSVP for lap swimming at the Y. it really impacts my ability to utilize this gym and its assets.
