it doesn't update weight when you put it in. the calculations seem wrong. there isn't much functionality. the food tracking isn't accurate. the only thing it does seem to do is track your shots. I've done all the troubleshooting and nothing works. you have to go to the website to do anything other than track your shot. the website doesn't have anywhere to input your weight or shots. it withhold be great if everything was in one place and actually worked.

This company continues to fraudulently charge my credit card, not send me product, refuse to respond to my attempts at correspondence, and its been 5 months yet they continue to charge my credit card. There is no option to cancel any subscriptionwithin their app or update/cancel payment information. They won't respond to email or messaging within their app. I'm having to cancel my card and file a claim with the BBB. Do Not Order from them!

ongoing glitch where I can't login because required code never arrives to my inbox in time (takes HOURS to arrive). So, I have no access to my messages or Rx refill info. This has been happening ever since I started a month ago. Also, nutrition tracker isn't accurate...I just don't use it. Pros are the shot and weight trackers.
