This app is aimed at people who have had hurtful, frightening and/or abusive behavior towards a loved one, and who have decided to change their behaviour. The app is created based on the treatment structure Conversation about violence (S o V - the structure), which is based on research and experience of what helps people with aggression and violence problems. The app aims to be a support in the change work, where both therapist and client benefit from the structure and continuity that the app's content provides. The app includes, among other things, concrete tools for dealing with strong emotions and difficult situations, as well as the option to keep different types of diary entries between conversations with a therapist. Cognitive behavioral therapy is the basis for the content of the app.
