I don't ordinarily download apps but I was striving to be successful at the daily dozen program, thus downloaded the app. It has made reaching my daily dozen goals so easy. I love the check off format. I love the simplicity of the layout. When I forget how much is a serving of rice , I can touch the grain icon and it will take me to a page with more information about the food. This app is so easy to use. I look forward to learning more about its other facets.

Great app. I love that it gets me to focus on eating good, healthy things. It's simple and motivating. My only complaint is that although it tracks your daily score, if you miss a day or two it counts the day as a zero. I wish it would only count days that have something recorded. My average looks terrible, but isn't accurate. But this is a small complaint. I highly recommend it.

This app provides the inspiration I need to make better choices. I find myself getting competitive, trying to maintain a streak. The links take you to a wealth of well cited information. This app won't shame you for any slip ups, as though it's saying "I won't tell if you don't". Usually by the time I've clicked as many boxes as I can I don't have room for junk. My only recommendation is for a space to write in notes for context.
