Very very useful. Simple, effective. Those streaks and graphs do all the motivation. Had 4 times 24 points in a row the past few days and I'm not going to stop. Aww yessss. I do have 2 requests, (1) I'd like the ability to add or edit checkboxes, such as "b12 supplement", or other (Un)related routine stuff. (2) would be nice to compare with friends, but that will be quite a big development hassle. And 2 questions: (1) does soy milkand/or yoghurt count as bean consumption? (2) And does this checklist cover all required nutrition, such as iron, b12, proteins and calcium?
I use this app religiously. So useful - I use it to prompt and ensure I am taking in a variety of the best wholefoods everyday. I love Dr Gregor -his book, his website, his YouTube channel and of course his daily dozen.
