I like the meditation, but the app is having issues. It doesn't update my daily meditation. For example, I had to do step 7 of the 12 days 3 days in a row. Now I'm doing step 8 again for the 2nd time. So my streak is not accurate. 11/5/24 update: The issues are still persisting. I'm doing day 11 for the 3rd time. By the time the app lets me pass the 12th day, realistically I will have a mediation streak of 30 days!! I will say that I do like that the app doesn't require a login with password.

I like this app & it helps me to meditate. The journaling can often be helpful for me, too. The only issue I have, & I've had it through multiple phones, is the timer for the 30 day meditations. You could be waiting much longer than the time you set, before you start to wonder, "it's never going to go off, is it?" My solution is to just set another timer on my phone, but it is a bit annoying to me that this still isn't fixed.

Showed me how to make routine meditation a rewarding experience. The usability of the app isn't great, but it's free. Once you get the hang of how the app works, it's fine. Tip: follow the prompts from the app and complete the steps. To save your daily progress you need to do more than just the meditation. For the journal entry, write something. You don't need to schedule the next meditation, but be sure to press "skip." Make sure you see your next session unlocked before you close the app.
